Sherine D. Blackford, Trial Lawyer
Sherine, a Montana native, graduated from the University of Montana School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana. Her practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of practice areas at both the trial and appellate court levels.
As a practicing litigator, Sherine has handled complex matters, taken several cases to trial and has achieved excellent results in the courtroom. Sherine is well versed in family matters involving domestic violence, high asset divorce, contract law, business law, real estate transactions, bankruptcy and liquor licensing.
In addition to her practice, Sherine is a current Trustee for the Gallatin County Bar Association and a former Chairperson for the Family Law Section for the Montana State Bar (2015 to 2017). She is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association since 2015. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Haven, a local domestic violence shelter.
Sherine was named Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2016.
